“Torango.io” refers to Torango Inc., an American-based online company belonging to Sprowl Consulting LLC.

“Customer” includes any individual or legal entity acquiring products or services from Torango.io.

“Products” encompass software licenses (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) and custom apps/themes developed by Torango.io.

“Services” include software integration, development, implementation, maintenance, and training offered by Torango.io.

II. Scope of Terms

These General Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, quotes, invoices, and agreements unless specified otherwise in writing.

Quotes are valid for 4 weeks, requiring acceptance within this period.

In the case of discrepancies between the Customer’s order and Torango.io’s quote, the quote takes precedence.

Void or unlawful provisions do not impact the validity of the remaining terms.

III. General Conditions

Prohibited Uses: Customers are prohibited from engaging in unlawful, abusive, or malicious activities with the site or its contents.

Modifications: Torango.io reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service.

Refund Policy: All sales are final.

Torango.io may suspend obligations during force majeure, including network outages, delays by suppliers, transport issues, strikes, or natural disasters.

Delivery and execution periods are extended by the duration of force majeure.

XIII. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, USA.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

XIV. Updates to Terms

Notification of Changes: Torango.io will notify users of any significant changes to these terms and conditions.
